Simon Williams
Simon has been developing properties since 1998.
He gained over 10 years of estate agency experience, working in Fulham, Battersea, Clapham, Chelsea and south Devon.
Simon left estate agency in 2017 to focus solely on developing and began to take on much larger projects in London and Devon.
Simon has a vast knowledge of the processes of construction and ensures that exacting standards are met throughout the whole design and build process
While Simon places emphasis on the structural design, this works perfectly in tandem with Charlie's aesthetic design process.
Charlie Williams
Since 2007 Charlie worked with children. She started off as a nanny and worked as an Early Years teacher for 8 years.
Prior to this Charlie gained an art degree and an interior design diploma.
Since 2017 Charlie has been working with Simon to develop properties together.
Charlie plans, researches, coordinates, and manages the interior design of their joint projects.
She uses her knowledge of ergonomics and her artistic eye to achieve a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing environment.
Simon's focus on the structural elements is complemented by Charlie's focus on the interior design of each property.
